COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Protocol
New protocol has been set in place. This is to ensure the safety of all our patients. Due to the Increase of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) cases across the country. We have implemented procedures to diminish any contamination at Norton Delgado Family Medicine.
All Surfaces in our Clinic including: Doorknobs, waiting room seating, pens, clipboards are currently sanitized twice a day with disinfectant. All rooms will be sanitized after a sick patient as well.
Areas throughout Clinic are also under UV light to help with sanitization. Also, HEPA air purifiers with the UV light to sanitize air throughout clinic.
Additional Hand sanitizers are available to all patients at front desk
Anti-Viral Essential oils are being diffused into the air by vapor mist
Phone Consults with Providers are available to patients that are interested. Please call office and ask to switch the appointment to a phone consult.
ALL patients with fever or respiratory symptoms entering the Clinic MUST wear a mask.
